I'm the Melanie of "Melanie and Lisa...unabridged". (I love that description of us.) My time is spent on my husband, our two daughters, our two cats, and more house than I know how to deal with. Oh, and lots of time on the phone with my best friend, Lisa!
I have been wanting to quilt since I was 16 - that was a long time ago. I've amassed a library of quilting books, an impressive collection of fabrics, and enough quilting notions to make it look like I know what I'm doing. But...I've never actually finished a quilt. No worries. If anyone can get me to the end of a quilting project, it's my personal cheerleader, Lisa, and the Hargraves.
